1. Definitions and Service

Fortechtr is a technology solutions agency that develops and provides advanced algorithms for high-frequency trading and massive banking transaction security. Our services are designed to protect capital against global market volatility.

The "Service" refers to access to our platforms, investment algorithms, data analysis, and financial cybersecurity tools, according to the contracted plan.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Obligations:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information for service configuration.
• Use the Service only for legal purposes and in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our algorithms.

Fortechtr Obligations:

• Provide the Service with the required level of professionalism and diligence.
• Maintain the security and availability of high-speed servers and data streams.
• Provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect availability.

3. Limitation of Liability

Fortechtr provides technological tools for decision-making. We are not a registered financial advisor.

• The user acknowledges and accepts that financial markets are inherently volatile and that the use of our algorithms does not guarantee profits or fully protect against losses.
• We shall not be liable for trading losses, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the Service in the last 12 months.

4. Payment Terms and Modification

Prices, billing cycles, and features of each plan are detailed at the time of contracting. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' notice.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and during the first 14 days of the initial service cycle, provided there has been no significant commercial use of the tools.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice as established in the contracted plan. Fortechtr may suspend or terminate access immediately in case of a serious breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or use that jeopardizes the security of our platform.

6. Modification of the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect after their publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
